How to print your game or activity pack: A4, Letter and low ink
Choose the file that matches your paper, test one page, then print only what you need. Keep solutions separate from the pages players will use.

Download the files for your purchase
Use the email address entered at checkout to sign in and open your purchases. Activity collections offer the complete ZIP and individual files. If you choose the ZIP, extract it before opening a PDF. Save a copy somewhere you can find again; opening a preview in the browser is not the same as saving the file.
Match the PDF to the paper in your printer
Use the A4 PDF with A4 paper or the US Letter PDF with Letter paper. Print a test page and check that the outer border, instructions and answer spaces are visible. Follow any size-specific instruction in the pack. Otherwise, use the printer’s fit-to-printable-area option if edges are being clipped; inspect the result before printing the rest.
Choose colour or low ink from the included editions
The activity collections include colour and low-ink versions of the same activities. For games, check the individual product’s listed editions. Select the supplied low-ink file where available rather than assuming that a colour page printed in grayscale will use little ink. Large illustrations can still produce dark backgrounds in grayscale.
Print a small selection first
For activities, choose a few pages that match today’s interests. For an escape room, follow the host guide’s complete player-page list so a necessary clue is not omitted. Unless a pack instructs otherwise, begin with single-sided printing: cutting cards or using the reverse as a working surface can make double-sided copies inconvenient.
Keep the host guide away from the players
Read setup instructions before the group arrives. Keep answer pages in a separate pile or open on the host’s device. For several teams, work out the number of player sets and confirm the event licence. A household activity purchase does not grant classroom or resale permission.
Check the finished print, not only the screen
Make sure small symbols, pale lines and writing areas remain readable. Check the page order and cut pieces only where instructed. A short trial with one sheet catches printer settings problems before they use a whole stack of paper.
