Digital products and delivery

All products are English-language digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped. A successful payment provides access to the files listed on the product page. Save your private access link, and contact us if you cannot download your purchase.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout when enabled for the seller’s registrations. Your bank may apply conversion or international payment fees. The final amount is displayed by Stripe before you pay.

License and permitted use

Your purchase grants the home, event or large event license selected at checkout. It does not transfer copyright or permit redistribution, resale or publication of the files. Read the license page for group sizes and organizational use.

Packs and automatic savings

Packs include only the titles listed at purchase; future releases are separate. For individual escape-room games, three or four in the same order receive 15% off, and five or more receive 25% off. Family packs and curated packs do not count toward these thresholds and receive no additional discount. The server records your titles, license, edition and final price at checkout.

Family Club recurring payments

Family Club costs US$9 per month or US$79 per year, plus applicable tax, charged automatically until canceled. Choose your plan and agree to recurring payments at checkout. Manage billing in your private club library to update payment details or cancel before the next renewal. There is no fixed promise of monthly new releases. New family packs are included when released; escape rooms and event licenses remain separate.

Membership access and cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewals. Online play and new downloads remain available until the end of the paid period, provided payment is successful. Downloaded files retain their home license after ordinary cancellation. Separate one-time purchases retain their own licenses. Failed payments do not extend access beyond a previously paid period.

Compatibility and play

You need a PDF reader, printer and paper. A4 and US Letter files are provided. The online companion needs a modern browser and internet access; the printed host guide supports offline play. Suggested ages and play times are estimates, not guarantees.

Immediate delivery and refunds

Checkout asks you to request immediate digital delivery. Where local law permits, cancellation rights may be affected after digital delivery begins. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered products. See the refund policy for assistance.

Responsible hosting

Keep your venue safe, supervise children, and never physically lock people in a room. The puzzles are fictional entertainment. You control your play environment and any optional props.

Changes and enquiries

Future updates may change the website or introduce new games. These changes do not remove the license to files already purchased. Contact us with your order reference for help or a dispute.
